Good Energy Stewards Membership Terms

1. Subscription & Billing Terms

By upgrading to the Good Energy Stewards membership, you agree to the following automatic renewal, pricing, and billing terms:

  • Standard Pricing Tiers: Our standard premium membership fees are $7.77 USD per month (billed monthly) or $77.77 USD per year (billed upfront annually).

  • Welcome Promo (First 1,000 Good Energy Stewards): If you enroll while slots are available, you will secure our promotional pricing of $4.44 USD per month or $44.44 USD per year for your first 12 months. This Welcome Promo is strictly limited and only available until 1,000 slots are filled or until July 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST—whichever comes first.

  • Promotional Duration Limit: The Welcome Promo pricing is valid strictly for your first 12 months of continuous membership. Upon the conclusion of your 12th billing cycle (for monthly subscribers) or your 1st year mark (for annual subscribers), your membership will automatically renew at our standard rates ($7.77/month or $77.77/year, respectively) moving forward.

  • Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) on the same calendar day as your initial signup. Your credit card on file via Stripe will be charged automatically unless canceled.

  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, you can manage your subscription directly through your premium beehiiv reader profile or by clicking the "Unsubscribe/Manage Subscription" link at the bottom of any of our premium emails. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing period; we do not offer partial refunds or pro-rated credits for remaining days in a billing cycle.

2. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal metrics.

  • Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to deliver your membership perks, specifically your name, email address, and payment information securely processed via Stripe.

  • Third-Party Platforms: Your data is securely held within our core tech stack (beehiiv, Stripe, and Facebook) solely for the purpose of managing your premium access, automated newsletters, and interactive community experience. We will never sell, rent, or distribute your email or personal information to third-party marketers or advertisers.

3. Comprehensive Medical & Educational Disclaimer

  • Not Medical Advice: The content provided within the weekly newsletters, audio editions, research roundups, monthly Q&As, and daily Facebook Group interactive prompts is for educational and informational purposes only.   • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Your participation as a Steward, submission of general questions during Q&As, or interactions within the private Facebook Group does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
